This is a ready to use product. The standard guidelines for making bread is 1% dried yeast to flour ratio. So for 500g of flour you'd add 5g dried yeast. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, packs should be resealed, stored at 0oc to 4oc and used within 7 days.
