Refund Policy

RETURNS OF STORE PURCHASES

RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR OTHER PROOF OF PURCHASE

SW Coast Refills permit an exchange or refund, by the original payment method, (with exception of personal hygiene products) with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, merchandise may be  exchanged only. For a product to be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. After 30 days, we return any eligible products in exchange for shop credit notes only.

Faulty items are dealt with on a case by case situation, in order to come to a satisfactory resolution.  Contact us on hello@southwestcoast.co.uk.

FINAL SALE

SW Coast Gift Cards, all personal hygiene items and Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

FINAL SALE RETURNS

Final Sale products include any heavily discounted clearance items labelled as final sale. Final Sale also includes all personal hygiene and shaving items as due to hygiene reasons, these cannot be exchanged.“Final Sale” merchandise is not eligible for refund or exchange. All Merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition.

RETURNS WITH NO RECEIPTS

Unwashed, unworn defective merchandise may be returned without receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise returned without a receipt or proof of purchase may be exchanged only at the last Activity/Sale price OR the current selling price, whichever is lower.

FOOD RETURNS

Food is unable to be returned and a refund can only be made on these items if the goods you received are in poor condition. Should this situation arise, it needs to be brought to our attention within reasonable time of receiving your purchase. SW Coast Refills reserves the right to refuse food refunds.  We ask that the customer brings any food returns to our attention as soon as possible after receipt of the goods.

All of our food items are not sold to be stored in the packaging we use and it is your responsibility to transfer your items to suitable, clean, air-tight storage. We do not accept any responsibility for long-term storage of food items or past the recommended use by date.

 

REFUNDS

Agreed refunds are processed within 3 business days on receipt f your returned item/s. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds are only applicable to full priced items and therefore does not include sale items.

 

SW Coast Refills RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCESSIVE RECEIPTED AND NON-RECEIPTED RETURNS.
